To Create an Announcement visit your Community Home.

  • You must be logged in as the Community Owner.

In the Announcements Section, click the blue plus icon. 

After clicking you'll be prompted with a pop-up modal which will ask to provide a Title and the Announcement text which will be the main message of your announcement.

Fill in these fields, and once you're done, click Publish.

That's it. An email will be sent notifying your active community members of the new announcement.

  • Note: All active members in your community will receive this email notification
